Hey Everyone,
We just added a wave of new coffees from Honduras a Nicaraguan Honey
process and a Costa Rica Decaf. Enjoy!


- *Honduras Corquin La Lesquiñada <https://goo.gl/SJaeXa>* - Burned sugars,
balance of sweet and bittering tones, with apple-like acidity, lightly
fruited, nougat rolled in roasted nut, marzipan, and hibiscus tea note.
Good for espresso.
- *Honduras Brisas del Cerro <https://goo.gl/W4GfRb>* - Sweet and bittering
tones are at the core of Brisas del Cerro cup, molasses sugar-sweetened
cocoa powder, notes of red raisin, green herbals, and bell pepper hint.
Good for espresso.
- *Honduras El Paraiso -Parainema Cultivar <https://goo.gl/f3zSiQ>* - This
Parainema lot has butter caramel sweetness, black tea, cinnamon, dried
coriander, ricola drops, and hints of hibiscus and jasmine florals.
- *Nicaragua Honey Process Maracaturra <https://goo.gl/UcLU25>* - An
undercurrent of semi-refined cane sugar sweetness is accented by cherry and
apple fruited notes, black tea, and butter cookie. Moderate acidity level
and nice clean finish.
- *Costa Rica Tarrazu SWP Decaf Lot 2 <https://goo.gl/wBuLqV>* - Malt
sugar, rice syrup sweetness are core characteristics, top notes of cinnamon
bread, cocoa powder, and lightly fruited. Good for espresso.
