Hey Everyone. Here's four new coffees from Nicaragua and Burundi that we
just added. Enjoy!
- Burundi Kayanza Ruyaga <https://goo.gl/JwRZMh> - Excels in dark roasting,
Full City producing layers of dark cocoa tones, with prune and cinnamon
folded in. Rustic raw cacao, cheap dark chocolate and an aromatic wood note
accenting the finish. Good for espresso.
- Burundi Yagikawa Station <https://goo.gl/uUF1pi> - Brewed, Yagikawa is a
"complete" cup; muscovado sugar sweet, brisk black tea with lemon spritz,
mild citric-like acidity, and a finish that comes to a point. "Pristine"
comes to mind when drinking a City roast.
- Nicaragua Buenos Aires Maracaturra <https://goo.gl/Peicxp> - Middle
roasts have balancing sweetness, flavors of butter cookie, tea cakes, and
honey. Chamomile tea-like acidity, finishing with nibs flavor.
- Nicaragua Finca El Carmen Maracaturra <https://goo.gl/5w9RNv> - Molasses
to honey wheat aromatics, dense caramel sweetness, brisk black tea, toffee
nut, and bran muffin, with a lemon peel zest in the finish.
