Hello Everybody,
Here's this week's offerings with coffees from El Salvador, Guatemala and
for the third week in a row, Kenya. Have a great weekend!

- *El Salvador Dry Process Los Angeles Bourbon <https://goo.gl/BdjSjQ>* -
Intense fruit notes fill the cup in light and dark roasts (even 2nd
snaps!), dried strawberry and papaya, fruit jam, raw sugar, and roasted
almond and peanut aroma. Big body, and very long finish
- *Guatemala Cuilco Finca Regalito <https://goo.gl/iZwLf3>* - Regalito is
on the level of a competition-winning Guatemala. Raw sugar and floral honey
sweetness, dried pineapple, golden raisin, chamomile tea, with elegant
tea-like acidity, and Darjeeling tea in the long aftertaste. Good for
espresso.
- *Guatemala Huehuetenango Finca Rosma Lot 1 <https://goo.gl/M3sJfF>* -
Rosma's acidity pops like fruit juice in light to mid roasts, notes of
honey, five spice, apple, dried plum, Earl Grey. Big body and finishes so
sweet. Good for espresso.
- *Kenya Kirinyaga Gakuyu-ini AB <https://goo.gl/M5yw5m>* - Gakuyu-ini is
complex, has layered sweetness, and downright tropical in the light roasts.
Citrus notes go from fresh squeezed orange to the pithy/bittering aspects
of the peel itself. Great option for dark roasting too with substantial
bittersweetness. Wild espresso.
