A Loring S15 Falcon is still in consideration. Buhler RoastMaster 20 also a
very strong contender. And haven't ruled out 12 or more likely 18k USRC.
Currently running the USRC 3k avg. 6 to 7 hours a day 5 days a week 100+
pounds a day... The couple weeks before Christmas is going to be
"interesting" this year!
