[Homeroast] Moka kadir roasting in Behmor

After resting for 11 days, the Moka Kadir is significantly better (and
taste is quite good overall, though I feel that is still likely some
tweaking I can do). I will have to get in the habit of roasting at least 1
week in advance.
Thank you for all the suggestions. I will try some of the roasting tips,
but it appears a bit part of my issue is solved by giving a long rest.
