[Homeroast] Bought myself a sample roaster

Congratulations Ben. If I was still home roasting I most definitely wouldn't
turn it down! As it is instead I'm looking at adding a Loring S15 Falcon
soon. 400-600lb a week is just taking too much time on my trusty USRC 3k! A
bigger USRC would be much cheaper and would get the job done well but the
Loring is what I really want. Our new Downtown coffee house has all the
latest and greatest cool coffee toys now it's the Roastery's turn :-)

Ultimately the quest for Koffee Nirvana is a solitary path. To know I must
first not know. And in knowing know I know not. Each Personal enlightenment

Well, after 15 plus years, multiple different home builds, and a couple of
years with a Behmor (great roaster) I bit the bullet and bought myself the
North ej-66(?) from Mill City Roasters. It's the 500 gram one. Not planning
on roasting for anyone, just wanted a nice roaster.

Hey Alchemist, can I roast cocoa in it also without affecting the flavor of
the coffee?
