[Homeroast] Why is espresso in America so bad? Italian perspective

That's so wrong in a billion ways.

My only personal agreement with Italian espresso is a point that wasn't
even mentioned in the article -- I happen to also prefer darker roasted
espresso and don't want an acidic, winey espresso.  But that's just my
personal preference...
