[Homeroast] Video on how coffee is metabolized in the body

I read some where that roasted beans contain approximately 2.2% caffeine,
or 2.2gm/100gm of beans.

Since I use 17mg of roasted beans per cup, that's ~374mg of caffeine per
cup. And sometimes I have three cups per day. No jitters.
