[Homeroast] chalky mouthfeel

My last few roasts on my Behmor have resulted in a chalky mouthfeel- sort
of like a French Press. The taste, aroma, etc are all great, but the
mouthfeel sorta kills it.

I'm trying to figure out what's the cause. Is it simply the greens?-
quakers?

poor green bean storage? (I live in a pretty warm apt. in LA)

old greens?

Or maybe it's just my roast profile? but then why three times in a row?

Any feedback would be much appreciated!
