I'm thinking about getting a Behmor to replace my defunct Fresh Roast, but
I have a concern. I'll be roasting in my garage (in North Carolina). Does
anyone have experience using a Behmor at 50 degrees ambient?

 Hello John,

Up here in the frozen north I do it other than the deep mid-winter. I load
the beans & run 2 minutes on 'A' and restart with your profile. The Behmor
has a safety feature for temperatures below 40. If borderline a little
assistance with a heat gun will get you going.

This is what I was trying to type the first time!
