My primary is a capresso electric drip, which consistently hits 198 to 200 in the brew basket. It's just easy, particularly for weekdays. But I used to love doing vacuum pot on the weekends.

I'm working my way through commercially roasted Maui coffee from a recent vacation. Maybe when I start homeroasting again, I'll go find the vacuum pot.
