[Homeroast] Airpopper roast size

I had a P1 with dual variacs and tilted at about 15 degrees that I could
roast 10 oz in. That seemed to be the limit of a 120 volt circuit since I
was blowing all the heat out of the top. After that it seemed that I needed
to re-circ the air to go to a larger load. It was the most agile roaster I
