[Homeroast] Behmor Roaster - Cleaning

Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong. I recall reading that Simple Green
is used in the winemaking industry to clean fermentation vessels. That
would imply to me it's non-toxic.

Subject: [Homeroast] Behmor Roaster - Cleaning

Just got my Behmor Plus Roaster - so far so good.

I'm about to clean it for the first time and saw the recommended cleaning
solution is Green Simple.

Green Simple is a highly toxic product - something that should be avoided at
all costs - and certainly should never be near food product.

Very disappointed to see this recommendation.

What are others using? (my goto would be vinegar and water - any other
recommendations?)
