[Homeroast] Scale

How heavy do you need to go? I have a little digital scale that I got for
like $20 from Target (or somewhere similar). I think it has 1 g
increments, and goes up to 5 lbs. I've never checked its accuracy, but it
seems really consistent to me when I'm weighing out scoops of coffee or
half a pound for roasting. (it reads to 0.1 oz. if you're working in
American units rather than metric).
