I was checking out the Omega HH806AU. I have a hottop roaster and was wondering how you put a probe in the machine to meter it? Yes I am fairly new at this! Always looking for ways to improve and duplicate my roasts!!!!!

You’ll need the software, a probe, and a meter (such as a Omega HH806AU data logger) to connect the two. There’s an Artisan user forum at artisan-user at lists.einfachkaffee.de.

As I continue on my coffee journey, I find myself being more and more scientific, trying for repeatable results. Amazing how every little aspect of preparation affects the final outcome in the cup.
