FWIW in roasting circles "drop" refers to end of roast i.e. beans dropping
out of roaster to cool, "charge or charging" refers to ya gittin' da beans
in da roaster.

I need clarify- I wrote "drop temp of 400F". That was the temp of the
roaster when I started the roast not when I dropped the beans.
