[Homeroast] from scratch roaster project

There is the replacement element for a HotTop,  but they aren't all that
cheap.  I'm wondering about small water heater elements, though I suspect
they will self-immolate if not immersed in water.

Maybe the coil elements from an electric stove?

(just tossing out ideas...)
