Ethiopiques for me today. This is one of SM's espresso workshop coffees. I haven't tried it as espresso yet, but is outstanding for drip. Heady aromas and lots of berry and citrus and spice flavors. I roasted 3 minutes 10 seconds after start of 1c; 11:52 roast time -- city+, I guess. It was even good from a thermos 3 hours later.
