Hi John,   Thanks for your appreciation of my July 28th 2012 help.  As you can see, you didn't change too much from your very first postings on the Homeroast List.  Is coffee your fountain of youth?   So please do not throw away one paragraph of your precious notes.    Coffee is a trip.    Even Tom himself was overwhelmed.  I encourage you to keep on working on them because your logbook logics are still very up to date.   I know they can be  time consuming and requiring discipline, but it is nothing more your wife already told you.   N.B.: Your new method:" More recently I have bought based on various random reasons" looks great also...      I'll may try it and hope I won't regret it .     Have a good evening      Denis

I feel like a kid at Christmas. I can't wait till these are available. I
just hope they don't sell out before I get a chance to buy at least a pound
of each one.

With the sampler, any idea of the size of each sample and the total number
in the sampler yet? Am I jumping the gun? Are you more like a parent at
Christmas? I'm not ready yet? I haven't thought that far in advance?

It's Christmas in June! At least with the weather we've been having I do
feel confused.

John H.

I admit - I am completely overwhelmed. We are truly transitioning to
a new way of working (yet another project yet to complete, a full
explaination of what we are calling "Farm Gate Pricing". Oh it was so
easy just a handful of years ago when there was La Minita, and Dota
Conquistador, and La Magnolia. Now I have 18 reviews to do rather
than 3! But this is the future... the downside is when I look around,
everyone is calling everything a Micro-Lot these days. It's just not
true, or at least it hasn't been defined in a meaningful way. Well,
when our Costa Rica list swells from these initial 3 to many more, it
will be obvious.

BTW: I do plan to create a special Costa Rica small lot sampler of a
great range of flavor profiles, and some extra notes in the package.
... maybe in about 2 weeks to a month.

PS - Les  - you have become the town "coffee crier"! Ring that
bell... Honestly, I really, REALLY like the "what I am drinking
today" threads, and you can see by all the responses that they are
fun and informitive!
