[Homeroast] variable transformers

Peter,

Please do!! I just upgraded from a Popcorn popper to the  Stir Crazy/Turbo
oven, and would like to set it up so I can have full control over heat for
profiles.... the variac route just is very expensive, so would love to have
an alternate method.
