I could understand why if I was to see this on every message. It would be
difficult to see the actual message. As has been replied you can change your
settings to avoid this.

Eudora is perhaps not the best client to be using these days, but you 
can hide any headers you like:

I run many mailing lists, and this one works fine from everything I can 
see. Messages come through fast, go through fast, and the headers are 
normal.
