[Homeroast] Behmor Err4 - any weekend help?

Two times, while the roaster is in the cooling phase of an empty
cleaning cycle, I've got Err 3. Both times, I let it cool about 5
minutes and restarted it in cooling mode with no problem. It's a
very rare event - I've run over 500 roast or cleaning cycles in the
Behmor.
