I have had good success cleaning with denatured alcohol.I wet the surfaces
let it dry, then come back with wags and q tips also wet with the alcohol.
Parts that I take off I soak in hot soapy water then place in the put in the
dishwasher and run it on the heavy cycle.
I clean my roaster with a paste of powdered espresso machine cleaner, then
rinse.
