I don't know. From watching Tom and his videos I believe it.  Now it can  
discern some flavors here and there, but often have to go back and go read  
and then think outloud, "oh, that's what that was"

He spent part of the early morning memorizing the beans at hand.  Good  
showmanship not good coffee work.
