Who knows, tough metric to track in broad way! While greens sales isn't
something we actively go after or market, we probably have three times as
many regulars compared to a year ago who stop in the Roastery for greens
'cuz if they ask we'll sell 'em.

There have certainly been changes in the home roasting over the past few
years. Some new off the shelf roasters and some nice advances in homebuilt
and roaster modifications especially in monitoring and control abilities.
Tom and Maria and crew have brought the availability of superb quality
greens, information and service to the extreme. The various home coffee
lists and forums have built up substantial archives of roasting information
making it easier to get started.
 But does anyone have some thoughts on the trend numbers of folks
