[Homeroast] Roasting problems

Home Roaster's are a pretty small, niche market, and bringing this kind of
product to market with safety testing and certification isn't easy.

That's why heat guns and SC/TO setups are popular.

I still love my Behmor, but I'm a door surfer to stretch first crack.
