Honduras Ocotopeque WP Decaf

A nice decaf, crowd-pleasing quaffable coffee that's not overly complex. A
mild, crisp flavor profile, medium body, apple brightness, caramelly
sweetness in the aroma and cup, dry finish.

*Colombia Cauca -Cerro Azul

A Gesha varietal coffee from Cerro Azul Estate in Colombia. More balanced
and restrained than the famous Esmeralda Gesha, with mouth-watering fruited
aromatics, guava, panela, vanilla, Creme Caramel.

Panama Organic La Berlina Estate

A classic old-growth Typica varietal coffee, with malt and caramel
fragrance, cherry blossom hints, savory flavors, with mild chocolate,
toffee, praline, balanced cup.

An intense and complex cup. Aromatics have caramel and graham cracker,
butterscotch and hop flowers. The cup has sweet orange, Concord grape, black
currant, berry, complex sweet-bittersweet balance.

A versatile coffee that works in light and dark roast levels. Almond roast
flavor, mild floral aroma, clean citrus fruit hint. Full City roast has
tangy chocolate and dense  creamy body. Great as SO espresso.
