[Homeroast] Off Topic: Weight Loss, Was - Fwd: UCLA Study on Alzheimer's

I also used coffee to help me lose weight.  I use to drink a lot of soda and sweet tea.  I needed something I could drink without sugar, so i started drinking black coffee.  Now I am 3/4 the man I used to be.
