[Homeroast] Homeroast Digest, Vol 42, Issue 11

Well they haven't kicked in the door of this farm yet and Organic
Pastures are one of the largest producers in the state (CA) if not the
country. The FDA did hassle them over the packaging of the meat they
were selling so they had to suspend that while they come up with a
different method.

I'm not typically against regulation, but I sure as hell wish the FDA
would go after the real problems and not sweat the non-Big-Agra quite
so much. The slaughter inspection rules are onerous and absurd. The
inspector needs a dedicated bathroom. For napping?
