[Homeroast] (Rescued) Cold Weather Roasting

If you haven't already determined this, the Behmor manual says to store the
Behmor in temperatures above 45* (going from memory here), but that you can
roast in sub 40-45*. I confirmed this when I emailed Behmor and received
their confirmation.
