Sounds like you reached an area somewhere between fc+ and a light Vienna level. Sweet Marias site has some color charts to give you an idea what level you hit. I'd post the link, but I don't have time to look for it right now.

Subject: [Homeroast] Degree of roast question

I roasted 8 oz. of Panama Carmen Estate yesterday using 1/2 lb. P2 "C" yesterday in the Behmor.  I let 2nd get away from me and went 15-20 sec's before I could stop the roast.  Today I have a few spots of oil, but not much.  Does anyone have a guess on what level I reached.  I was not trying to go more than Full City +.
