Ok, I know this list is about coffee, but many of us roast other things in
our roasters. Why not?
So, after many attempts I think I have "nailed" the almond roast in the
B1600.

1/2 raw almonds
P5, A, 1/2lb, add 1 min., no preheat.

I roast until I hear 3 or 4 cracks in what would be first crack stage, then
hit cool. Listen carefully.
Grind some salt in a pestle to dust the almonds.
Results: simply outstanding.

Ivan
