Chris, Good score! Chemex is my default daily brew method. I hope you enjoy it
as much as I do mine. Is that coffee stain I see in the photo? If so, a 15
minute soak in hot water with some Oxy Clean or similar, followed by a thorough
(i.e. multiple) rinse will make it sparkle.

Subject: [Homeroast] Coffee production at work

I happily scored a 6 cup Chemex yesterday at the thrift store that I'm
thinking of taking to work.

I've already got a CCD, AeroPress, Kyocera hand grinder, SS pitcher, and
MyPressi Twist setup at work, and I'm already known as the coffee guy (nut)
at work.  Unfortunately, I don't work in the coffee industry.

What would you do?  The Chemex would make it easier to share and is quick to
clean up, but might push me to bring in my electric kettle, yet another

Have I gone too far?

Pecked out on my mobile phone.
