I think you're missing my point here.
The Behmor, as currently implemented, is like a point-and-shoot camera. You get what you get, and if you want different, you have to game the programming.
Fully manual control can be dangerous, because you can exceed the capabilities of the system to operate safely.
The happy medium is manual control within limits.
Or to have program modes with manual override.
Or, like shutter/aperture priority, you might have time/temp priority. That's an idea :)
(of course, you'd need to have a way to measure temperature, which the Behmor currently does not possess)
