[Homeroast] Divots and second crack

When I was roasting with a hot-air popper, I saw comments to the
effect that letting hot-air poppers go full speed seemed to produce
the best results, and that was my final conclusion. Trying to slow
down the air-popper roasting seemed to dull the flavors. But then, I
like brighter flavors.
