[Homeroast] Behmor - new chaff tray

I'll take back my recommendation that I passed along, then.

One advantage I heard is that with the airflow change it's possible to
open the door in the cool cycle (maybe after a minute) for more rapid
cooling with the chaff getting trapped. I've gimmicked my own cooling
tricks.
