[Homeroast] Behmor - new chaff tray

The inside of the roaster is 480F.  Cut a piece of nice bright shiny 
stainless steel shim stock and fit it in there to block 75% of the 
glass.  Make the height of your piece about 5% grater than the measured 
height and it will spring into place and not fallout.
