[Homeroast] Behmor - empty roast cycle for cleaning purposes

I run 2 empty roasts after every 4 roasts, one with the drum and one 
without.  I allow a 1 hour minimum cool down after the first cleaning 
cycle.  I clean the stainless steel chaff tray with a commercial deep 
fryer cleaner.
