[Homeroast] advantages of the 2 Behmor drums

I use the small grid drum exclusively.  It holds some chaff.  I shake 
and rotate the drum + roasted beans outside to get rid of it.  It is not 
a big issue.  My large grid drum is almost new and 2 years old.
