Awright, that's enough, gentlemen, I'm drooling on my keyboard.
I plan to do my week's roasting tomorrow on Xmas day. Eth. Jimma, Panama Siete
Dias, Blue Batak and something else. Have a happy day, all.

Address - LOL.  It's in an hour.  I don't think you would make it ;)

BTW, I love Dave's hot sauce.  It is the ONLY habenero sauce I
like.  I have a memory that they ferment it, and that does something
to both bring out the heat and reduce/eliminate the flavor I don't
like.  I actually have four of Dave's in my fridge.  Temporary
Insanity, Insanity and Total Insanity.  And I must be
ageing.  Whereas I can eat all I want of Temporary, and use Insanity
liberally, I actually have to be cautious Total Insanity.  4-6 drops
on a serving of food damn near overwhelms.

The brandy laced ganache is finished and on the torte.  Blueberry
vinaigrette is done (touch of lemon zest off setting the sweetness
just right).  Need to bottle up two bottles of sparkling cranberry
mead that Penelope and I made when we moved here 10 years ago.  Then,
off we go.

Happy holidays all and happy roasting.

John
