[Homeroast] Control=profession-level tool > was Quest M3 Arrives, Is it worth it?

For some of us, not just a great tool but a mandatory roasting tool, whether
home roasting or professional. Without control roast quality is a crap
shoot. Like others before and after me, I had full variable control of my
Caffe' Rosto heat and airflow before the end of my first year home roasting
a decade ago.

Lack of real control and good temp monitoring on ALL off the shelf home
roasting appliances has been my biggest gripe for 10 years. The Quest M3 is
really the first sub multi-$k roaster to do it.

Ultimately the quest for Koffee Nirvana is a solitary path. To know I must
first not know. And in knowing know I know not. Each Personal enlightenment
found exploring the many divergent foot steps of Those who have gone before.
