[Homeroast] i-roast 2 out os stock: gone forever? it that vein does the Behmor allow for temp monitoring?

I have been with this list for going if not, 2 years or so. Seems like most
I-roast2 folks have morphed over to the Behmor.
Also I did see a thermoprobe mod to a Behmor. I'm not sure where I saved
that pic but I do believe it is a SM lister here who shared it on this list.
