There have been over 10,000 (no exaggeration) studies done over many years. 
No one study has proven "conclusively"
either coffee is beneficial of detrimental!

There seems to be lots of funds to do research to find out that something formerly believed to be bad for you is now good for you. Obviously, coffee can be abused, although I doubt anyone on this list ever believed that reasonable consumption was bad for you...
