Epoxy?  You mean "food-grade epoxy?"

I'm not a chemist, so I'm out of my element here (pun intended).  I'd be 
wary of using epoxy on food/drink articles.  This last weekend I considered 
using JB Weld to repair the rack in the dishwasher, but upon reflection 
bought the replacement parts.

Just my 20 m$....

I knocked mine off the counter a while back and now it has a slow leak
from some vertical cracks in the plastic.   I didn't notice them at
first.   I just put it on the plastic saucer it came with for now
eventually I'll get out some epoxy and try to seal the cracks.
