[Homeroast] Profiles for the Behmor

I suspect the 'fix' you mentioned is the "bending the sheet metal with
a screw driver adjustment" which allows the Behmor to roast hotter -
gets to 2nd crack easier..

(It's a simple, easy fix.)

I still have the image file and instructions Joe Behm sent, if you want it.
